To apply for admission to Shema Global School and for the Application for Recognition of Visa Issuance (D-4-3), please prepare and submit the following documents.
All documents must be recently issued and must comply with the prescribed notarization procedures.

    · Consent for Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information
    · Guardianship Guarantee Letter: School’s prescribed form (Only parents or grandparents can serve as guarantors) (Must be completed in the Korean form)
    · Letter of Consent for Academic Background Check
    · Written Pledge: School’s prescribed form (Must be completed in the Korean form)

  • Academic Records

    ※ The following documents must be submitted with a notarized translation and Apostille authentication.
